Here I come!

Dear all:

This is a pivoting question in our life. Think about it. Why do I pick this road ? What would be my trade-off ? I'm just setting off. 

When I took care of patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT), I bumped into the limit of clinical medicine very often. Looking back the headway of HSCT, we could be startled by a series of breakthrough in this field. Every sparkle of these progress was undoubtedly heralded by the "bumping".

I chose to get into this track, pursuing a PhD in order to get through this "bumping".
